This site was ravaged by the Christchurch earthquake. The project had a complex ownership situation where several owners owned various lots on the site. We were approached by one main site owner who asked us to develop a holistic scheme across all the sites to convince each neighbouring lot owner that they would benefit from constructing a whole complex rather than small broken ones. Given the
height restrictions and following the land division lines carefully, we devised this scheme where everyone was a winner.
