Make Architects has been appointed to design an office building on a key position in the Ruskin Square masterplan in London as part of the consented outline planning permission for the site. It is a simple, refined commercial office building that uses quality materials and creates visual excitement with its distributed bracing along the north facade. The proposal for the site consists of a 13-storey building with ground floor retail / hospitality use, office space on the upper floors and a rooftop plant level. It intends to be BREEAM Excellent design.
