This apartment complex was an addition to a commercial complex designed by Jasmax which had three components. One is commercial / retail (the white concrete fin building), the other is a carpark (copper fin building) and then an apartment complex on top of the carparking. The budget for this apartment project was minimal and the developer wanted to maximise every square meter of space to be rentable space. Despite the strict budget and a tight space requirement that made it difficult to achieve a high-quality outcome, we successfully devised a scheme that was aesthetically pleasing and specified a higher than average floor to ceiling space with an open floor plan. All the apartments were sold.
